  1. I'm seeing about 350ms latency (on TTFB) on a network (where the remaining 50ms is my software—400ms total). Not sure this is okay.

      I get that data being blasted across the planet takes milliseconds, but I feel like 350ms to (internally) reach the server should be 100ms.
