  1. Are there any (macOS) apps that let me make a web page by dragging elements around? Not looking for best practise, looking for something like Dreamweaver cross with myspace cross with geocities.

      I missed out the context: this was for my 7yr old. It's just all the new tools produce web sites these days are … a bit lacking in personality. Children are really expressive and our modern tooling, though perfect for adults & dev, just forces kids down a rather vanilla path.

      Okay, so dreamweaver still exists - TIL - not sure I want to subscribe to £20 a month just to let the littlest smash out a web page…
