  1. I don't have a mouse today and using a Mac. Does anyone know how to turn on system level tabbing (so I can turn on things like bluetooth) on a mac? So far everything I found was to enable tabbing "click" on… Surely not requiring a mouse shouldn't require a mouse to opt in to?

      So I solved this eventually. Wanna know how? Voice Over. A frankly I'm fucking terrible at navigating with Voice Over (I really need to find a primer). Once Voice Over was active, I could go to bluetooth, and then, for some reason, I *could* tab to the button to enable it.
