    1. When I see this list options for reset.css - a block of CSS that I know will *not* change, I always pick the HTML method over _all_ other methods. Reason (plus question): <next tweet>

    —So that the asset is heavily cached and is only full requested once by my user. Whereas (I think): including it any other way, puts overhead in my site styles (changing on release) so user has to re-download it. Am I wrong in that thinking? If so, can you explain?
