    1. Social media tech support: Android phone, the "Phone" app I can't change the volume. It's always full blast, regardless of what I do to the media and call (and other) sliders. Anyone seen this before? (aka: know the fix?)

    Took ages to work out, but finally solved. I had a hearing aid setting (which didn't work because my heading aids don't link to the phone audio), disabled it, now works! Yay.
