What an absolute headache this has been, but I've finally managed to restore _one_ of my micro services - getting the timezone for a visitor: ip2tz.isthe.link/ It takes the requesting IP (or via query string) and finds the tz in 3.1m records, very fast and without a db.On twitter.com
