  1. Just came across this …"website"(?) toweroffantasy-global.com/ Visually impressive. But within seconds, I realised the entirely thing is not at all of the web. Forget about disabling JS to test, it's blank (bar the promotion hover thing). But also relies 100% on mouse for nav.

      I guess it's that over the last decade I see more and more of these … places. They're not web sites. They live at the end of a URL but they're more like **null nodes** in the web. The web ends right there.

        Then there's all the browser's hard work that they've spent decades trying to normalise across software and hardware (FF vs. Chrome, etc. Mac vs Windows etc). Space to scroll? Nope. Tab to move? Nope. Resize the browser (to get a better view of beautiful graphics). Nope.
