    1. My evening is going to be attempting to recover this IC in a Gameboy Micro. I've got to grind the chip to _attempt_ to expose enough to reattach the leg, but good lord I'm not looking forward to it…

    It ain't pretty, but I did it. Used a grinder to expose the pin inside the chip, then carefully (!) added a wire jumper (this took quite a few attempted to get it to stick down to the main pad, though it would bind to the chip every time). Noice. Restored this Gameboy Micro 💪
