      Paul_Kinlan AndyDavies Generally positive experience. Some spam does seem to come through, and if it's manual, there's no extra controls you can use to block it (you have to just delete it manually). I tried self hosting for a bit but decided just to support the project. –

    Paul_Kinlan AndyDavies –I did lose avatars from previous years of comments (but they were at least 5 years old comments). Oh, and I _think_ I host the script locally with a couple of minor changes: github.com/remy/remysharp.com/blob/main/public/js/commento.uncompressed.js
