    gutted. the epaper part of the screen cracked whilst trying to pry off the glass screen. entire thing hosed :(

      Took an hour in an evening that I should have gone to hedy, but I finally separated the glass display from the epaper. And discover there's a 3rd layer in-between (for the backlight I think). What I learnt: -

        - The displays are stuck down real good - I'm pretty sure I've got tiny shards of glass in my hand - I don't want to do this again in a hurry. Later this week I'll see if the epaper survived (beyond the cracks on the other side)
