A few weeks of waking up at 3:30am unable to sleep again—usually until 5 or 6am. This time I gave up and went to the gym. Of course PureGym app said it was open but arriving at 6:45 it doesn't open 'til 8am. My brain fucking hates me. Tinnitus is 150% and going strong 😢Permalink On twitter.com
