    1. Paid for a rental on Amazon Prime and only after (and lots of poking and testing buttons) did I discover there's no subtitles. Naively I thought subtitles were standard accessibility.

    Subtitles information is completely absent from the Amazon Prime Movies app (or it's extremely well hidden). It is on the website, but since I'm streaming from the app, that's not really the point is it?
