Good lord AskWithings support is terrible. Their web site is limited to a bot that gives you stock answers. Their email support is "manned" by Mark, who's actually either a bot or is a human stuck on a copy & paste cycle. Kinda crap when apps fail to work with hardware…On twitter.com
