      PureGym Again, why the pin? Isn't this my password? Shouldn't support be able to find my details from my email address (and I would supply the phone details). I don't need assistance, the freshly installed app is saying it's out of date. That problem is affecting other people. -

    PureGym I'm happy to help *you* and your devs debug a problem with details, but not keen on a policy that states "send us your pin". So sure, don't worry about.
