  1. Woot! Found Dynapaper.hta (I wrote a lot of .hta desktop apps). v3.0 apparently, but oh yes, I was WSH my way to the web!

      So Dynapaper would run each time you booted Windows and it change your *launch* wallpaper (not the desktop wallpaper). It came with 4 predefined images, but you could set you own. This was one of the ones I made. Pretty harsh, eh :)
