      _baxuz Two things: when threes came out it was iOS only thus cutting out players. But also: chess, chequers, bridge, etc. It would be *terrible* if game mechanics couldn't be repurposed and recreated.

    _baxuz Oh, also, teaching the boy (since he's old enough) powers of 2 is useful in other ways (I don't know 3s mechanics off the top of my head)
