  1. If I use the abbr tag for an abbreviation, should I use it every time the abbreviation appears on the page, or just the first time?

      Oh shit, this is nice: github.com/markdown-it/markdown-it-abbr It works in iAWriter but sadly not in my blog (based on harp, so I'll have to see if I can magic up some code fix)
