  1. Feel like this is a lazy request, but are there good templates for a speaker rider? I reply ad-hoc to speaker invitations agreeing that I'll speak if there's X% of non-white men speaking, but I feel like a speaker rider would formalise a lot of this. Any recommendations?

      To add: I find formal document writing very hard, and have often eventually aborted and ignored the enquiry entirely.
