storminwalker —but when I visited the URL to the invoice, I couldn't see any clear way that I could comment or reply back to the client to answer their question. I could see "add note" but it's unclear (and I assumed it didn't) whether it goes to the client.

storminwalker Broader frustrations are mixed with the complexity to use Xero (our 2 person company has finally attended a 4 hour workshop on how to use it so we're making progress). Biggish one: Stripe support is also ½ our money in—which leaves us consolidating accounts outside of Xero.
